The apartment provides great privacy for each guest: BEDROOMS • Main floor: Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Beds + 1 full bathroom • Lower level Bedroom 3: Queen Bed KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, keurig pods, and dishwasher pods BATHROOM: 6 towels + colored washcloths for make-up removal. Shampoo + Conditioner, hair dryer, iron with clothes steamer (all-in one) GENERAL: Each bedroom & living room has its own smart TV with roku guest privacy where only you have access to your accounts + a suitcase holder with a laundry basket below. Free WiFi, shared coin operated washer/dryer (in basement), great antique radiators original from 1905 and window air conditioning for our beautiful summers, clothes hangers, trash bags/paper towels included. If you're ready for fresh air, or to enjoy the great MN season, enjoy the lovely fenced in yard and patio, too! Shared coin operated laundry space is provided in the basement with easy access from the lower level bedroom. Under the kitchen sink you will find complimentary laundry detergent pods and fabric softener sheets. FAQ: • Stairs required to access: 3 stairs from the sidewalk, and 3 stairs into the house, 1 bedroom is in the lower level. • 1 exterior security camera (outward facing), pet fee (paid pre-trip, 1 pet max). • This apartment will fit 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably. The twin bunk beds in the smallest room have a max weight of 150lbs per bed. PARKING: free street parking, it’s a corner property providing plenty of space.
