To help ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following House Rules. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules throughout your stay. Reservation Requirements To maintain a safe and respectful environment, guests must: * Provide the purpose of their visit to Minneapolis. * Ensure all overnight guests are included on the reservation. * Comply with the maximum occupancy limit of 4 guests. * Follow all house rules and local ordinances. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Property Manager. ⸻ Check-In & Check-Out Check-In * Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. * Self-check-in is available via keypad entry. Check-Out * Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late Check-Out Fees To allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests: * First 30 minutes: $50 * Each additional hour: $100 Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges. ⸻ Respect for Neighbors This property is located in a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of neighboring residents. Quiet Hours * 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Parties & Events Parties, gatherings, celebrations, receptions, commercial events, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ⸻ Strict No-Smoking Property To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes but is not limited to: * Cigarettes * Cigars * Pipes * E-cigarettes * Vaping devices * Marijuana * Hookahs * Tobacco products of any kind Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is prohibited: * Inside the home * Inside the garage * On patios, walkways, or entrances * In the yard or parking areas * Anywhere on the property grounds * Within 50 feet of the building Smoking Violation Policy Evidence of smoking, vaping, marijuana use, smoke odor, residue, ashes, cigarette butts, guest reports, or other indicators may result in: * Immediate termination of the reservation without refund; and * A minimum $2,500 remediation fee to cover professional cleaning, odor removal, HVAC treatment, restoration services, and lost revenue associated with returning the property to a smoke-free condition. Additional charges may apply if actual remediation costs exceed $2,500. ⸻ Occupancy & Visitors Maximum Occupancy * Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests. Visitors Visitors must receive prior approval from the Property Manager. Approved visitors: * Must depart by 10:00 PM. * May not exceed occupancy limits. * Must comply with all house rules. Unregistered guests may result in additional fees and termination of the reservation. ⸻ No Pets or Animals Pets and animals are not permitted on the property unless otherwise required by applicable law and approved in advance. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning fees and other applicable charges. ⸻ Caring for the Property We ask guests to treat the property as they would their own home. Footwear Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering to help preserve flooring and rugs. Furniture & Contents * Do not move furniture without prior approval. * Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Food & Beverage * Please avoid consuming food or beverages in bedrooms, except for water. * Strong-smelling foods that may permanently impact the property environment are prohibited. Fireplace & Open Flames * The fireplace is decorative only and may not be operated. * Fire pits, charcoal grills, fireworks, candles, and open flames are prohibited. Prohibited Items The following are not permitted on the property: * Illegal substances * Hazardous materials * Fireworks * Weapons prohibited by law * Any activity that creates a safety risk for guests or neighbors ⸻ Kitchen, Laundry & Waste Kitchen Please load dishwasher-safe items into the dishwasher. Items requiring hand washing include: * Baking sheets * Specialty cookware * Bialetti Moka Pot Laundry Laundry facilities are available for guest use. Please remove items promptly. Personal belongings left after checkout may be discarded, donated, or shipped at the guest’s expense.
