Great location. Clean and well supplied. Air conditioning worked very well despite the very hot weather and the top floor. This was our second stay and would stay here again

Booked this home for a relaxing weekend with Friends. Everyone agreed this was a beautiful space that helped everyone feel at home. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Would highly recommend this location.

We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming. We felt tucked away in our own little bubble but still just steps from amazing restaurants, cozy coffee spots, book stores, big shopping, and beautiful walking paths around Lake Harriet. As a family of three, it was the perfect setup. Our daughter loved having her own “tween” room—just enough space for independence but close enough for late-night hangs and snuggles. And the king bed? It felt just like home. Cozy, quiet, and full of thoughtful touches. This was a 5-star stay for us from start to finish. We’d absolutely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and within walking distance of lakes, restaurants and shops. Nice view of the lake and a really pretty neighborhood! I would definitely stay here again.

Andrea was an excellent host. The unit is located in a great area that was walkable and felt safe. We also joked that we were 15 minutes from everything in the Twin Cities, as we traveled to meet friends and family in about eight or so different spots over the course of a few days and never had to drive longer than about 15-18 minutes. The unit is very easy to access, and the kitchen is particularly well stocked with handy utensils and cookware. The sheets and bedding were all excellent. Of particular note, the instructions for departure were reasonable and not onerous. Andrea was a proactive communicator as well. The unit is an excellent value and is exactly as described and depicted. That does mean that if you are looking for a whole-house rental or a rental where you won't occasionally hear others in the surrounding units, this isn't a great choice.

What a great stay at Andrea's place. Absolutely everything I was looking for and more. The place is beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Everything you could ask for. Bedding was amazing! So cozy and peaceful. Convenient to beautiful scenery and fabulous places to eat and drink. Andrea was a great hostess; responsive, accommodating and flexible. 100% will stay again!

Great location. Stayed here when in town for law school. Close to school. easy checkin and reponsive host. Only complaint I had was had no iron but did have a steamer which worked just as well. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The proximity and view of Lake Harriet was absolutely lovely – it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything was just as described, bed and linens were top notch, wish I had been staying longer. Highly recommend!

I booked Andrea’s place for myself, my partner, my mom, and my two young daughters to stay for the twin cities marathon weekend. The place was exactly what we needed and the rooms were perfect for each of us. The location was great for walking to restaurants and nearby parks and was a 10 minute drive to everywhere we needed to go. As stated by Andrea and previous guests, the house is old and you can hear the other units. But this fact didn’t impact us and we had a great stay. Would definitely book here again!
